James worked on entertainment TV for 8 years before helming LEMONADE MONEY for the last 5 years. James has consulted for the likes of Nike, Adidas and Sony and spearheaded a revolution of British music and video, helping break the careers of a new generation of music stars.
He has successfully identified and grown a wide team of the most respected and creative new directors and pioneered the use of cutting edge technology to both increase the quality and streamline the process of video and television.
Faraz joined LEMONADE MONEY from a role in commissioning at Channel 4. Dedicated to exploring what’s next in Television and online video, Faraz has over a decade of experience in TV, online and media production, working across International Emmy, BAFTA, BIMA and Broadcast award winning content for broadcasters and brands.
Faraz’s career includes commissioning for national broadcasters, development of primetime TV and online brands, delivery of innovative digital projects online and mobile and relationship management across a range of stakeholders including corporate, state and charity sectors.
In addition, he is a media commentator for The Guardian and Broadcast Magazine, a judge for BAFTA, Broadcast, and Spirit of London Awards, speaker at the European Broadcast Union and Children’s Media Conference and contributor to the Edinburgh International Television Festival.
Director Of Production
Jess has vast experience in the music production management, working on Grammy nominated video content and helming projects for Box TV, Sony, Skype, Apple, MTV and many more. As well as television productions for the BBC, ITV, MTV and Channel 4, she has helped bring to life the live performances of The Rolling Stones, Coldplay, Nicole Sherzinger and Tinie Tempah.
Jess joined LEMONADE MONEY bringing her experience and contacts to build a production team that helps execute projects to the highest possible standard.
In her spare time, Jess handcrafts bespoke jewellery.
